Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Networker/Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building connections, a knack for strategic marketing, and experience in the home health care industry or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the home health care industry.
- Community Engagement: Attend events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and brand.
- CRM software: Utilize Zoho CRM to manage referrals and contacts, track interactions/meetings/tasks and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and referral opportunities, ensuring a continuous pipeline of leads.
- Initial Assessment: Conduct preliminary assessments of services for prospective clients, as required.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Content Creation: Develop content for templates for use within CRM, distribute marketing materials, including brochures, create social media posts, and newsletters.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and relationship-building efforts.
- H.S. Diploma or GED, college preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or networking, preferably in the home health care or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Knowledge of the home health care landscape and its referral networks.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
