FirstLight Home Care of McHenry is hiring for On-Call positions!
Earn the daily stipend for being on standby in addition to your hourly rate for covering shifts! Must have at least 12 hours/day availability including weekends.
The right person has the potential to grow in responsibilities, career advancement and compensation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to full personal care, dementia care, use of Hoyer, Sera lift, and Sit-to-Stand, bedbound care. The ideal candidates will be able to travel our full service area of McHenry County, and have the skillset to cover any shift.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Experience with personal care, dementia and transfer equipment required
- Proof of valid, state issued driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
- Clear national background check and fingerprints
- Pass drug screening
