Summary

As a Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to our clients in their homes. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and personal care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and lifting as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with client and families

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving
• Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely as required by their needs.
• CPR certification is a plus but not required upon hiring; training will be provided if needed.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
