Summary
We are seeking an In Home Caregiver to join our team at FirstLight Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your contributions will be vital in delivering exceptional care to seniors and individuals recovering from various conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
- Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary restrictions.
- Basic understanding of medication administration procedures.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as necessary.

Pay: $14.81 - $17.00 per hour
