In this position, you'll play a key role in expanding FirstLink's presence in the community by developing and facilitating meaningful trainings for individuals and organizations. These sessions may include topics like suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and navigating local support resources. You'll be the face of FirstLink in many spaces, empowering others with knowledge, building partnerships, and helping communities become safer and more connected.
In addition to training, you'll work alongside our leadership team to support fundraising and development efforts. This could include assisting with events like Giving Hearts Day, collaborating on creative donor campaigns, helping write compelling grant proposals, and identifying new ways to raise awareness and support. Your storytelling skills and strategic thinking will be vital in helping us share our impact and inspire others to join our cause.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fargo. The pay rate is $22.50 per hour, and we offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and an IRA retirement plan.
