Sales Controller Position
A leading manufacturing organization seeks a skilled Sales Controller to drive revenue growth and enhance sales efficiency, ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives. This role will play a key part in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction, contributing to the planning and execution of development projects, operational objectives, and business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver accurate and insightful sales budgets and forecasts.
- Provide detailed analysis of business performance to Sales and Marketing Management, offering ad-hoc reports that support problem-solving and profitability improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the product management team to optimize promotions and pricing strategies.
- Create financial scenarios and impact analyses for customer negotiations.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to develop company plans and financial forecasts, ensuring clear assumptions and drivers, while tracking performance by brand and customer.
- Assess and evaluate trade agreements, working with the sales team to manage the sales budget, challenge numbers, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve efficiency through Net Sales Price optimization, including promotion evaluation and trade spend management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in sales controllership.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
