Reporting to the CFO, this role will have 2 direct reports. Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting Oversight
- Payroll Management
- Financial Reporting
- Annual Audit
- Insurance Oversight
- FP&A Collaboration
- Internal Controls
- Leadership and Team Development
- Tax Compliance
- Process Improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Targeting 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in leadership roles
- Recent, hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting functions (i.e., AP, AR, GL, Payroll, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
