Finance Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced finance manager to lead sales analysis and revenue analysis for our manufacturing business. This is a key role that will drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly variances to identify areas of improvement
- Create and analyze monthly sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Analyze KPIs with the sales teams to control the sales budget and maximize revenue
- Drive best practices in price optimization to increase revenue and profitability
- Provide insightful analysis of business results to Sales and Marketing management to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with sales and product management team on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to work cross-functionally with various teams on maximizing efficiencies of reporting
- Collaborate with upper management to identify business goals and drive strategy to achieve them
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of budgeting/forecasting experience
- ERP Experience required (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce)
- Manufacturing industry experience
