FP&A Manager
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
FirstPRO’s esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager with a strong background in manufacturing or related industries. This strategic finance role will serve as a key business partner across multiple areas of the organization, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making processes at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the annual operating budget, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and implement advanced financial models to drive business performance and facilitate actionable insights.
- Analyze financial trends, key variances, and performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating closely with leadership to develop and execute corrective action plans.
- Support the preparation and review of consolidated monthly and annual financial results, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Spearhead the creation and delivery of impactful presentations for senior management, providing clear financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Establish and maintain robust budget controls and tracking mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency and financial discipline within manufacturing and capital expenditure processes.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate costing, standardization, and COGS alignment, integrating these components effectively within the FP&A planning tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with leadership and various departments to influence business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times annually for key business meetings and initiatives.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
