We are seeking a versatile IT Field Technician to join our team on a direct-hire basis. This role requires a IT Generalist who can provide hands-on IT support across multiple locations in Chester County. The ideal candidate is skilled in O365, Azure, basic networking, and delivers white-glove service to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to businesses and end users throughout Chester County.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Manage O365 and Azure environments, including user provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Perform basic networking tasks such as configuring routers, switches, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Deliver white-glove service, ensuring exceptional end-user experience and professional support.
- Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex IT challenges.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Proficiency in O365, Azure, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage travel between client sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
