firstPRO inc. is looking for an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager for our client in Willingboro, NJ.
This is a full time direct hire opportunity.
METRICS
- To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in monthly reviews or through other project planning efforts
- To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
- Adherence to budgets
- Adherence to/achievement of benefits described in project business case (cost/benefit) analyses
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT business analysis and project management.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
