Manager of Finance, Accounts Receivable & Collections will oversee the collections, accounts receivable, and related financial reporting. The Manager will drive strategy, enhance operational effectiveness, and provide key financial insights. Reports directly to the Director of Finance and sits on an incredibly dynamic, influential Finance team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire collections process, including team leadership. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate and present monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses on accounts receivable and reserves. Respond to requests for detailed data on cases, collections, and accounts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Leverage insights to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Allocate resources to high-priority projects assigned by senior leadership. Support cross-functional efforts to meet deadlines and drive organizational success.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Lead and mentor team members, promoting continuous growth and ensuring they are well-equipped to handle critical responsibilities.
