Payroll Manager – Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations and initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Manage and mentor a team of payroll staff, including a Senior Payroll Administrator and two Payroll Administrators.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead the transition from ADP to Workday payroll implementation, scheduled for March/April 2025.
Payroll Manager – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (REQUIRED).
- 10 years of payroll operations experience.
- Supervisory experience and proficiency in Workday (REQUIRED).

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
