firstPRO inc. is looking for a Program Manager to join our client's team in Radnor, PA.
This is a full time direct hire opportunity. US citizens and Green Card holders only.
Hybrid Schedule - 4 days on site.
75% Project Management - 25% Data and Technology Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital product, e-commerce, or technical implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and Excel; experience with digital product catalog systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project); PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism in all interactions.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
