Performance Metrics
As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and meeting key performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include calculating sales commission payments, preparing commission statements and payments on a monthly and quarterly basis, and reviewing customer deductions and validating against trade promotional contracts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy of commission payments and deductions.
- Timeliness of commission payments and statement preparation.
- Customer satisfaction with commission payment and deduction processes.
Requirements:
To achieve these KPIs, you should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in sales commission analysis or AP. Experience with SAP is preferred, as well as intermediate Excel skills.
