Senior Financial Analyst
A construction organization is seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support both operational and strategic decision-making. This position will involve analyzing financial data, building financial models, developing dashboards, and preparing reports for management to drive business performance and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting systems
- Analyze key metrics and trends to support business decisions
- Assist in proforma financial statement modeling
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and research discrepancies between actual, forecasted, and budgeted results
- Ensure internal controls are followed, and financial statements comply with accounting policies and procedures
- Perform financial analysis to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements
- Act as a business partner, providing data-driven insights to guide decisions across all departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of FP&A
