Job Description:
- Prepare and post general ledger entries and reconcile financial statements.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Perform balance sheet and profit-and-loss fluctuation analyses.
- Maintain the fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedules.
- File income tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries.
- Audit financial data to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3 years of general ledger accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Paylocity (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
