Web Content Editor/Writer
Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $32/hour with weekly compensation
- Type: Contract (6 months)
- Hybrid: 2-3x/week in office
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Review and refine product descriptions for publication on the website and various third-party real estate platforms.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure supplied copy aligns with brand guidelines, style, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Content Management and Architectural Marketing teams to refine AI-generated content.
- Edit and/or create location messaging to ensure accuracy and consistency with the brand voice.
- Participate in community and project naming brainstorming efforts, finalizing presentations for approval.
- Provide real-time grammar and style support to internal clients during business hours.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s style, brand voice, and market presence across multiple locations.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to detail and ensure high-quality work is delivered under tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize generated content.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in editing and/or writing.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in following and implementing style guidelines (AP Style preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal clients.
- Experience editing AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.
- Understanding and appreciation of luxury branding and its refined tone.
