We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to various departments. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members as required.
  • Assist accountant on various accounting assignments.
  • Assist property supervisor with management issues.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred; roles such as Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or Dental Receptionist are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Experience with file management systems and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
