firstPRO is seeking an experienced Aruba Network Engineer to join our clients team on a contract basis. This hybrid role is based in Princeton, NJ, requiring a mix of remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Aruba network technologies and configurations. Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba network switches. Implement and maintain Aruba VSF (Virtual Switching Framework) and VSX (Virtual Switching Extension) technologies. Utilize advanced Aruba technologies such as colorless ports for efficient port management. Configure and deploy downloadable user roles for enhanced network security and access control. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the network infrastructure. Document configurations, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience with Aruba network switches (specific model experience is a plus). Demonstrated expertise in configuring Aruba VSF and VSX technologies.
