Job Overview: As an Assistant Community Manager, you will provide support to the Community Manager which includes assisting homeowners and performing other administrative duties to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents. Compensation: $22 per hour based on experience FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative tasks (service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, process payments)
- Assist and follow up with homeowners, board members, and vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Be knowledgeable of governing documents, rules and regulations
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Assist in facilitating the annual meeting process for our Associations
- Coordinate with the Community Manager to establish timelines for sending out mailings
- Communicate with online voting vendors to support election processes
- Prepare meeting documentation and materials in advance of scheduled meetings
- Organize and ensure all necessary supplies are available for meeting nights
- Escalate issues as needed
- Assist in organizing community events and related materials
- Conduct routine compliance inspections and track violations
- Coordinate key fob set up and amenity access
- Additional duties may be included as assigned

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- HOA and/ or property management experience highly preferred
