Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service, showcasing strong communication and time management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System and act swiftly in emergency situations.
- Welcome and guide residents, guests, and invitees courteously.
- Operate and oversee Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies.
- Control and monitor building access.
- Maintain meticulous daily logs, records, and forms.
- Address and follow up on complaints and issues effectively.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the premises.
- May undertake additional duties as directed by the property manager.
- Adhere to safety protocols to uphold a secure work environment.
- Fulfill any other duties as required, including organizing packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent; college-level courses in business or hospitality are advantageous.
- Ideally, have two to three years of business experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage, especially information system hardware/software, is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting 30 – 50 lbs.
- Able to maintain an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.
- Skilled in handling, finger dexterity, grasping, and lifting objects and packages.
- Proficient in reaching with hands and arms.
- Effective communication through spoken and written means.
- Swift navigation of the property/building as required for job functions.
- Completion of all necessary forms.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
Schedule: Friday - Saturday; 11PM – 7AM
