Job Overview: As the Regional Director you will lead, mentor and guide a talented and dedicated team to ensure properties are maintained and operated according to the Board and community’s objectives. Compensation: $85k annually, depending on experience FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, coach and guide Community and General Managers
- Develop working relationships with board members via regular touch points
- Collaborate with support staff and Community Managers to ensure exceptional service is being provided
- Attend Board meetings alongside the Community Manager
- Review board packets, meeting minutes, mailings, notices and other communications
- Provide support, guidance and recommendations related to association financials
- Handle escalated calls
- Participate in transition meetings and transition tasks
- Conduct property visits and provide necessary support
- Manage watch list
- Partner with internal resources to hire, onboard, train and develop associates
- Support efforts to gain new business
