Primary Responsibilities: Monitor all functions the pool area while interacting and providing high level customer service to homeowners and guests. Additional Responsibilities:- Open and close pool to assigned pool hours.
- Check pool passes and record attendance.
- Enforce pool guidelines, including ejecting non-compliant guests as necessary.
- Monitor pool furniture placement.
- Clean bathroom daily.
- Take out trash weekly.
- Close pool as need for inclement weather and other emergencies.
- Awareness of tennis court guidelines.
- Manage sign out of cornhole bags.
- Water plants as necessary.
- Report concerns to FirstService Residential and or pool management company
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool operations and safety
- Attention to detail
