Firstsource is HIRING for Account Representatives in Amherst, NY! If you are interested in customer service collections, this may be the job for you! We are seeking individuals who can service calls/accounts, professionally respond to inquiries, and create a positive experience for the customer. We handle 1st party, early delinquency accounts for a major US bank! This position offers growth opportunity in a global company, office experience, and development of your customer service skills with one of the top banks in the country! We offer to our employees: Hourly rate- $19.00 an hour $20 an hour for Spanish speakers 90 day merit increase based on attendance and performance $500 sign on bonus after 90 days! Day shift! M-F 10am-7pm + 1 Saturday a month Medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits Paid full time training- 10am-7pm M-F Internal promotions and growth opportunity. Basic Purpose and Function: The Account Representative will contact customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer payment solutions and alternatives. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet customer needs and bank objectives. Maintain a high level of customer service. Perform consistently to meet performance metrics. Adhere to compliance regulations and security policies. Comply with Federal and State laws. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 6 months customer service or sales experience, with a strong track record of customer engagement and satisfaction. Consistent, stable work history Basic computer skills, strong typing skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Diligent and self-motivated Positive and professional attitude, high work standards, dependability Able to handle confidential information.
