Job Title: Processor Location: Salt Lake City, UT facility Job Type: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly Grade: H Function/Department: Health Plan and Healthcare Services Reporting to: Team Lead - Operations Pay Range: $16.10 an hour RESPONSIBILITIES: The principal duties for the Golden Rule Sorter include, but are not limited to: • Acquire and open the mail • Identify and separate mail according to guidelines • Dispose of PHI material in approved HIPAA bins • Excellent attention to detail • Work without constant supervision • Able to manage multiple tasks • All other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must work until “clean desk” • Maintain a high standard of quality • Comply will attendance and punctuality policy • Prompt and dependable • Comfortable working in a production environment and meeting deadlines • Good organizational skill • Must be able to work a varied work week and hours EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED WORKING CONDITIONS: • Fast-paced production environment • Must be able to sit and work extended periods of time • Must be able to lift and move 30 – 60 pound boxes Firstsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
