Position Details:

• Location:5725 Mark Dabling Blvd, Colorado Springs (In Office Position)
• Pay:$18/hour
• Start Date:Monday March 24th
• Training:8am-5pm Monday to Friday (2 weeks)
• Schedule:TBD -Our clients' needs drive our schedule, which means you'll play a key role in helping us provide top-notch service within our operating hours - 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with weekends included as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to assess their financial situations and discuss tailored payment arrangements.
• Create positive experiences by responding professionally to inquiries and offering alternative solutions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies.
• Meet performance metrics and uphold Federal and State laws.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A stable work history that demonstrates reliability.
• Basic computer and strong typing skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A diligent, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to professionalism.
• The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
