We are looking to hire a Testing Lead to expand our Bpaas practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare sector while leveraging their technical and analytical skills.
Location: USA Remote
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy and Test Design:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Standard Test Strategy, Test Design and Test Plans to ensure thorough testing coverage and alignment with project requirements.
- Reusable Test Assets Creation:
- Develop and maintain a repository of reusable test assets, including Test Bids and Test Cases, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency across projects.
- Testing Automation Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of a robust Testing Automation Suite to support both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring consistency and repeatability of testing outcomes.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience Testing for Healthcare Payer or Health plans, with focus in managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex projects.
- Proven track record in managing testing efforts for configuration and custom development initiatives.
- Strong expertise in testing automation tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing global teams-Required.
- Experience with HealthEdge HRP, HealthEdge Source, or HealthEdge GuidingCare-Strongly Preferred.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
