Title:Legal Support Coordinator
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm PST

Our Thousand Oaks, California location is a nationally recognized asset-recovery company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
- Be extremely organized.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Be dependable, responsible and punctual.
- The position entails, but is not limited to, data entry, document retrieval, and mail preparation.
- Requires 40 hours per week with possible overtime
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to always present oneself in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to stay on task with little supervision
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office
