Summary :
Our Revenue Cycle trainer will plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities. This role will consult with training managers, operations leadership, and clients to develop performance improvement measures, conduct new hire training as needed, develop training materials, conduct training sessions for tenured employees, and coach / mentor operations associates.
You will help employees maintain and improve their job skills and prepare for jobs requiring greater skill. You will also serve as a stakeholder during the implementation of clients, products and solutions to ensure employees are set up for success during transitions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Education)
- Proven experience in training with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with the development of training materials including presentations, user manuals, and assessments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience with EPIC required
- Classroom management skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Visionary mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative training solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms (ex : Articulate 360 applications) is a plus
