Position Description :
Our healthcare Business Process as a Service solution unites best-in class technology, layered with healthcare expertise to deliver efficient, effective operations. We are looking to hire an AVP - BPaaS Implementations to build and expand our Bpaas practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare sector while leveraging their technical and analytical skills.
Location : USA Remote
Duties and Responsibilities :
Implementation Materials Development :
Develop comprehensive materials for new implementations, including :
Implementation Plans : Standard and Accelerated versions.
Due Diligence Questionnaires to gather necessary information for onboarding.
Business Requirements Documentation to define and capture client needs.
Governance and Oversight :
Create reusable templates and frameworks to facilitate governance meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead and manage meetings with clients and internal teams to track implementation progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment.
Participate and facilitate discussions with partners focused on the performance and health of accounts and implementation projects.
Reporting and Analytics :
Develop and manage reporting strategies for internal and client-facing reports.
Provide strategic input on dashboards and reports to support client implementations and ongoing service delivery.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications :
Extensive experience in project management with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. PMP or SCRUM certification is required.
Proven experience managing and leading global, cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to manage and influence client and internal stakeholder communications at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets or MS Project is preferred.
Experience in Payor platform migration and implementation coordination
Experience in Payor Healthcare industry
