Medical Billing Customer Service Representative
Full time or Part time is available.

8:30AM to 5:00PM Hours of Operation
Responsibilities:
· Utilize multiple websites and hospital EMRs to find valid insurance information.
· Verify insurance information and apply it to patient reports.
· Take inbound phone calls, take payments, assist patients with their questions. Make outbound calls to patients and insurance payers.
· Document work performed and any patient interactions in billing software.
· Post payments in billing software.
· Adhere to company policies, FDCPA, HIPAA and any other state and federal laws that govern the industry.
· Perform tasks as assigned by FirstStates’ management.

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):
· High school graduation/GED.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs
Preferred Qualifications:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
