- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint) One-year onsite Contract role Job Description : Role & Responsibilities -
- Support weekly and biweekly Ad hoc payroll processing
- Load supplemental pay file upon request
- Identify and resolve errors during processing
- Validate regression testing and coordinate thru error resolution
- Support SAP file loads
- Basic Ad hoc query request
- Works closely with management in preparation for compliance audits and other projects as needed Required Qualifications -
- High school diploma & 4 years of related education, i.e. : business or accounting and / or relevant work experience
- PAYROLL SAP experience is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
- Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
- Knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must possess a strong characteristic for attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving; organizing and prioritizing work demands to meet critical deadlines
- Perform and understand basic payroll calculations
- Must be able to work well in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications -
- Certified Payroll Professional designation (CPP)
