The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking, ensuring a positive living experience for our tenants while maximizing the property's financial performance.On Site Property Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards. Coordinate and oversee move-in and move-out processes.Property Maintenance : Work with on-site Building Engineer to supervise contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance. Schedule and perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of property systems and equipment.Leasing and Marketing : Collaborate with the leasing team to maintain high occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, rent payments, and tenant information.Financial Management : Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
