Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate stamping presses, lathe machines, and press brake machines in accordance with safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and calipers for precise measurements and adjustments during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
- Keep work area organized and adhere to all safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred, particularly in roles involving machine operation.
- Familiarity with stamping presses, lathe operations, and press brake machinery is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of hand tools is essential.
- Experience with quality control processes will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
