Job Description:
The Robotic Brush Machine Operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of robotic brush machines used in [specific application or industry, e.g., automotive manufacturing, industrial cleaning, etc.]. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic brush machines according to safety protocols and company standards.
- Program and set up robotic systems for different tasks, ensuring proper functionality.
- Monitor the production process to ensure the machines are functioning efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production demands or product specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve complex issues or improve processes.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Technical degree preferred).
- Proven experience operating robotic machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Basic programming skills for robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (as required by the role).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Robotic Brush Machine Operator or related field).
- Certification in robotic programming or automation systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
