Product Leader Role at FIS
We are seeking a distinctive product leader to achieve the Value Stream's overarching purpose and join our team of innovators. As a de-facto leader and contact for the Value Stream, you will be responsible for leading product competency and practices within the Value Stream and realizing business objectives.
- Create and safeguard product culture and practices
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the value stream
- Develop and maintain OKRs and quantitative measures of product success that are understandable by both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate go-to-market planning with stakeholders and align outward-facing product requirements and stakeholders
- Ultimate decision maker on Value Stream feature prioritization and sequencing
- Leads Value Stream level agile ceremonies and designs and maintains the overall roadmap
- Domain expertise and proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, UX, and business
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology, and supporting industry principles
