About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with prior commercial lending software experience. You will use your complex sales capabilities to promote and sell commercial lending software and services into financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a book of business through proactive prospecting and meeting/exceeding annual quota targets.
- Leverage research skills and intra-company contacts to qualify prospects and develop a calibrated target client list.
- Utilize strong lead generation capabilities to penetrate client organizations at all levels, including C-suite.
- Identify buyer motivations across various client bases and levels to expand potential revenue drivers.
- Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing features/benefits of FIS software and service offerings that meet specific customer needs.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills as a world-class customer advocate.
- Manage customer interactions, reporting, and pipeline forecasting using the FIS CRM system.
Requirements
- Prior complex sales experience with domain knowledge of Commercial Lending Origination, Credit Assessment, or Loan Servicing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

- Ability to understand objectives and work independently or collaboratively within the organization.
