About the role:
As the Client Enablement Analyst, you will be working with global FIS Teams to gather details to help with scoping projects for the sales teams on multiple company products. Conducting research, assisting leadership with resolution of business issues and helping to design, document and re-engineer business processes. You will also publish and share metrics results.

About the team:
Our team is part of the Automated Finance Client Engagement Organization. We support international sales growth by completing opportunity scoping and Statement of Work creation that will be used by the sales teams when meeting with clients to sell FIS Products.

What you will be doing:

• This position will support scoping and SOW creation for the sales teams.

• Providing product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.

• Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and other teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.

• Engaging in scrum rituals and ceremonies to learn more about the products and how best to build data for the client’s review.

• Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.

What you will need:

• 2-4 years of experience with Account Payables, Account Receivables, and/or other Finance software solutions.

• 2 -4 years of experience working with basic financial analysis principles and ratios.

• Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.

• A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.

• The ability to work a hybrid schedule from out State of the Art Corporate Office in Jacksonville. (Preferred)
