About the team:

The Debit and ATM Product Organization is composed of two product teams, Strategy & Delivery. This role will be on the Delivery Team. We are on a mission to innovate & modernize the future of Debit & ATM payments industry.

What you will be doing:

• You will ideate and design the functional needs that solves our clients and the Debit & ATM most pressing business problems from the market research and priorities provided from the Product Strategy Team. 
• You will partner with the technical value streams to convey the success criteria and be a business expert resource.
• You will also drive items needed with product delivery including client facing documentation & presentations of released product solutions to clients and their FIS support teams.
• You will have an opportunity to represent Debit & ATM solutions at our biggest event of the year, Emerald Client Conference.

What you bring:

• 1-3 Years Product Management experience
• Leadership Skills
• Critical and Design Thinking
• Ability to understand complex financial concepts in payments industry
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills – not afraid to speak to a crowd of people virtually or in person.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, likely less than 15%

Added bonus if you have:

• Payments industry experience
• Aha! (or other product management tools) experience
• Client relationship management skills
• Project Forecasting experience
• Executive Presence
