We provide support to thousands of banking customers and clients every day via phone and virtual chat solutions. We have big plans for our team! What you will be doing:

• Working onsite as needed at the client site in Miami

• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance.

• Ensures loan applications comply with governmental regulations and requirements by reviewing complex legal documents and regulatory requirements (Loan Operations Analyst).

• Performs quality control on new and existing loans using internal reports and loan documentation to verify data input is correct and documents accurate and in regulatory compliance. (Loan Operations Analyst).

• Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email, workflow tools).

• Researches and resolves internal and externally submitted account questions and problems.

• Performs high risk task processing including maintenance on accounts having regulatory or monetary implications, e.g., payment/research corrections, credit bureau dispute research, Reg Z disputes, loan payoff processing, fee processing, loan modifications. (Loan Operations Analyst).

• Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $16.42 - $28.35 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
