About the Role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst II, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will work closely with the clients business and development teams throughout the project to ensure a successful integration.
About the Team:
The Real-Time Implementations team works directly with financial institutions and access providers of all sizes throughout the US. We specialize in supporting our client’s business and development needs as they integrate and code to the Decision Solutions APIs for access to ChexSystems products and services.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will learn to lead and support technical integrations throughout the entire project life cycle by acting as the Product and Channel SME. You will initiate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will define the project scope, identify the necessary tasks, establish the project milestones, manage status calls, perform configuration tasks, and facilitate the activities of internal and external performers. You will also ensure clients adhere to the regulations surrounding the use of Decision Solutions products. Throughout the project, you will be on point for technical issues and product concerns and you will actively support the move to production and the warranty period.
Develop an in-depth understanding of ChexSystems Products, Channels, and Services and their governing regulations to act as the Subject Matter Expert.
Train and assist clients in every aspect needed to achieve a successful integration.
Conduct a thorough technical analysis of systems and consult with the client to determine configurations and tasks.
Validation of test cases and replication of client issues using the appropriate channel.
Initiate hands on testing to enhance learning of new products and integration methods.
Willingness to support clients beyond business hours, as needed.
Update internal and external project artifacts with relevant notes to assist in the integration and ongoing support.
Articulate client challenges to Product team in a manner which supports product enhancements.
Provide warranty support and conduct project close meeting
What You Bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills. human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
Self-motivated and effectively uses time.
Strong team player.
The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications.
A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience
Added Bonus:
ChexSystems experience and knowledge.
Knowledge of APIs and experience providing technical support.
