About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.

• Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.

• Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.

• Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.

• Training customers on new systems and procedures.

What you will need:

• Candidates MUST be located in the Milwaukee WI area.

• Data Analysis Expertise: Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and be adept at working with data in various forms, including statistical software (e.g., Excel, Access) and optionally languages such as SQL and Python. They should be able to gather, clean, and interpret complex data sets to answer specific questions or solve problems.

• Collaboration with Data Programmers: The ability to collaborate effectively with data programmers is essential. This includes understanding some of the technical aspects of data manipulation, as well as communicating data-driven insights to inform programming decisions and improve data processing workflows.

• Client Communication: Excellent communication skills are vital for presenting complex data analyses to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Candidates must be able to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and help clients make data-informed decisions.

• Presentation Skills: The ability to organize and deliver compelling presentations is crucial. Candidates should be skilled at using tools to create visually appealing and informative presentations that effectively convey data insights and key findings.

• Product Understanding: An understanding of the product or service being analyzed is necessary to provide context and relevance to data insights. Candidates should be able to explain how the data relates to the product or service, and how it can be leveraged to improve performance or drive strategic decisions.

• Organizational Skills: Effective organization is key to managing multiple data analysis projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all relevant information is considered. Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a clear and structured approach to data analysis and presentation.

Added bonus if you have: Python programming and Microsoft Access experience.
