About the team:
The Onboarding Services team is responsible for the implementation components of a core transformation. Project Manager II is a functional conduit between the Conversion Manager and the related applications as part of a core bank transformation. This candidate will also assist with early engagement for our digital implementations both part of and stand-alone implementations gathering branding.
What you will be doing:
· Primary focus will be on Connections (CRM product) Implementations.
· Assist with our digital implementations by gathering early requirements.
· Support Conversion Management by overseeing the applications involved in a core conversion by documenting PMO artifacts to include the Project Plan, maintain the action items/risk and issues for the conversion, update the weekly Dashboard with application updates, and helping facilitate weekly Project Team Meetings (called Huddles).
· Brainstorm workarounds and mitigation strategies for conversion date blockers by engaging the right teams to swarm on issues.

· Proficiency working with Office 365 to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
· Proactive to engage where needed to help move our projects forward.
