What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform product strategies
- Track product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine value propositions derived from Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Design and launch client and user group surveys to gather customer insights and measure satisfaction, leveraging findings to enhance product offerings
- Maintain and update sales content, aligning messaging with evolving product features and client needs
- Create and manage internal and external promotional materials to drive product adoption and engagement
- Oversee the internal communication calendar and manage messaging across various channels to ensure clear, consistent, and actionable communication
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Typically requires at least 7 years experience preferably in the banking and/or financial technology industry
- Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis, roadmap tracking, and value proposition development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for tailoring messages to diverse audiences
- Experience working in digital banking, financial technology, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with survey tools, collaboration platforms, and design software is a plus
- High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
