About The Role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing and executing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers
- Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing testing processes
- Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies
- Making recommendations for improvements to the software development and testing process
- Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement
- Automated tester to support platform, CICD, ongoing testing needs for our Payments platforms
- Load testing
- Java
- In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement
- 2 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) to organize and track testing efforts
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies
- AWS
- Jmeter, Insomnia, BlazeMeter Farness, Jira, Cucumber
- Previous fintech experience
