About the role:

The Mutual Funds Asset Transfers Team uses a variety of methods to process Mutual Funds transfers through the Trust system and at the Fund companies. This includes the collecting, submitting and posting of the trades. The team has daily interactions with the fund companies around rejects and settlement information.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze and interpret a wide variety of transactions and be conscious of impact to clients and risk to company.

• Process a variety of securities and cash related transactions with minimal assistance.

• Identify, research and resolve problems, and take necessary actions to balance differences within Trust Support Services Systems and Accounts.

• Contact clients when necessary.

• Review and verify data input and output.

• Reconciliation of all transactions fall within this role

• Research special items and complete special projects as needed.

• Retrieve and utilize information from trust system and other data sources.

What you will need:

• High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

• Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes

• Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills

• Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines

• Ability to work in an organized manner

• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
