About The Team

You would be working with some of the best technologists in the industry support our modern network. This is an exciting and collaborative team. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and troubleshooting L2/L3 unicast and multicast traffic throughout the corporate network.
• Hands on installation of hardware in the datacenters, document all network physical connections with attention to detail and accuracy, create network diagrams using Visio.
• Work with service providers to contract, order and establish connectivity to the internet, financial exchanges, extranets and other third parties.
• Manage firewall and VPN connections to remote offices and customers over the internet
• Work closely with the IT staff to assist in troubleshooting, plan future projects and assess capacity for all data and voice services
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years LAN/WAN experience configuring routers and switches
• Experience with Arista and Cisco routing and switching platforms
• Thorough understanding of OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing protocols; PIM multicast, TCP/IP, VLSM, firewall policies and ACL’s.
• Excellent troubleshooting, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  
  

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Multicast distribution of market data feeds in a PIM-SM environment.
• Experience with protocol analyzers such as Wireshark
• Firewall Management and VPN with understanding of IKE, IPSec protocols
  
  

Desired Education

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science is preferred
  
  

Preferred Skills But Not Required

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and network applications such as PTP, NTP, DNS and FTP

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
