About The Team
Join our Banking Solutions team! Our Banking Solutions organization generates about 70% of FIS' total revenue and supports clients providing core, digital, wealth, retirement, payments, and commercial & back-office solutions and services.
About The Role
As part of the Banking Solutions Communications & Engagement team, you’ll be a key contributor responsible for connecting with the segment’s more than 25K colleagues and partners. Working as part of the Banking Solutions Chief of Staff team, you’ll be responsible for building and overseeing the execution of the Banking Communications & Engagement plan to drive a deeper understanding of our strategy and successes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in the Banking lines of business, Corporate Communications, Sales, Development and Client Experience to ensure messaging is timely, relevant and accurate.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drives strategic communications plan across multiple channels, including newsletters, organizational announcements, invitations and ad hoc messages to support company and segment objectives
- Works closely with stakeholders to consult on appropriate messaging, timing, audience and channel to meet objectives
- Plans and drives execution of engagement calendar of virtual, in-person and hybrid events, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, on-campus activities and more
- Creates agendas, PowerPoint presentations, talking points and executive prep materials for events
- Coordinates projects and oversees all phases of production, e.g., planning, writing and producing with internal and/or external partners.
- Performs staff leadership role and promotes motivation through effective management and mentoring
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Experience using Canva and FirstUp
- At least 7-10 years of experience including banking and/or financial technology industry
- Proficiency in communication practices and techniques and knowledge of project management methods and techniques
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing deliverables
- Experience supporting a senior executive and communicating to a broad, diverse audience is essential
- Prior experience leading a high performing, cross-functional team and leveraging resources effectively and efficiently
- The ability to think outside the box and deliver creative solutions and an eye for design, with the ability to tell stories creatively using graphics
