Job description
Help Desk Technician - Entry Level (Onsite Orange County)
Fisch Solutions is looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician to assist in user support with applications, hardware, printers, and related items at a fixed site.
This person will need at least one year's experience in IT support as well as help desk experience. They should have good communication skills to correctly communicate with customers and advanced organizational skills.
They should be able to independently manage help tickets for their account.
This person must be proficient in technology and computer skills. They also will need to have front-facing customer service skills.
You’re good at:
- Familiarity with Office/ Microsoft 365 suite
- Basic server management (Active Directory User Management)
- Understanding and basic support knowledge of all IT Systems (Servers, Routers, Switches, WiFi Access Points)
- Desktop support and deployment (Windows and Mac)
- Problem solving.
